Store Policies

ETB Games is a community for everyone, so we ask that you speak and act in a way that would be respectful to people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and games. Diversity and community are the defining reasons why we are successful.

We also ask that you keep an eye out on one another and each other's property. Stealing will not only get you banned here, but also the  authorities would be called.

We also ask that you be mindful of the cleanliness as we want to keep this place looking nice for first timers and regulars alike. Spills and messes happen. Please just be vigilant and report this to us ASAP.

 

Only authorized personnel are allowed behind the counters.

Smoking or alcoholic beverages will not be permitted in the store. additionally if you come here under the influence (in any way) you may be asked to leave.

 

Selling personal items to others in the store is prohibited unless otherwise permitted. The only way we can operate as your LGS is if we have appropriate funds. If customers take away our sales, the quality of the store will suffer.

It takes a lot for someone to not be allowed back in here and as of now we haven't had that issue. But we are not afraid to do what is necessary if any of the few easy rules above seem too difficult for anyone to follow.
